Collections Administrator Blackburn Permanent - Full time 33 days annual leave up to £24,500 DOE

Your new company
A Finance business operating from the headquarters based in Blackburn, Lancashire are now searching for a Collections Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis, this is due to internal progression of the business, as they are now looking to expand.
The working structure for this position is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm flexible working hours can be provided.

Your new role
As Collections Administrator your duties will include ensuring that all unpaid direct debits and cancelled direct debits are actioned in a timely and cost-effective manner and targets are achieved monthly. Along with general duties, such as dealing with all incoming calls from customers, brokers, agents, solicitors and third parties ensuring that data protection and guidelines are followed.
Handle confidential and important documentation, deal with all administrative correspondence, ad-hoc duties and deliver strong customer service.
Therefore, your responsibilities will include great communication, ensure all processes run at full capacity to meet deadlines and consistently in line with processes to ensure high operational standards and provide regular feedback. You will be accepted to work collectively within a team to achieve best practice by offering solutions to any hurdles or issues.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position, you should have excellent attention to detail, as all data received must be calculated correctly, therefore, a good track record of working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities is important. You must be a Team player - self-motivated, with a "can-do" attitude, diligent and resilient. As well as tactfully and professionally overcoming objections, along with a basic knowledge of IT systems with a pass level in both Maths and English GCSE.
