A number of our lawyers are recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers, reflecting the strength and quality of our expertise. Our ongoing commitment to excellence and expansion ensures Redkite remains at the forefront of the legal sector.

Candidates should be aware that their first day of employment may be based at an alternative Redkite office for group onboarding. A willingness to travel and spend the day away from your usual place of work is therefore required.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Electronic record keeping - service certificates, job sheets, invoices, and training certificates.
  • Help shape agile and flexible workspaces - supporting office moves, relocations, and refurbishments.
  • Colleague support - assisting with new starter kit, current staff requests and maintaining internal staff directories.
Requirements
  • Self motivated and proactive - with the confidence to take initiative and work independently when needed.
  • Flexible and mobile - happy to travel between our 19 offices when needed, with the occasional overnight stay, holding a full driving licence and business insurance.
  • Adapt with agility - responding well to changing priorities as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptionally organised - able to juggle multiple priorities and keep everything on track in a fast paced environment.
  • Detail driven and accurate - taking pride in producing high quality administrative and operational work.
  • A strong communicator and relationship builder - comfortable working with colleagues and external partners in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Tech savvy and confident - specifically, experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other workplace systems.

We're committed to creating a supportive, collaborative, and high performing firm. You'll be joining colleagues who are committed, hard working and supportive. We value trust, teamwork and excellence, and offer an environment where you can grow and succeed.

  • A collaborative, friendly working environment with regular team connection days.
  • 25 days annual leave (plus additional days with length of service).
  • Option to buy or sell annual leave.
  • Life assurance.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Contributions to gym membership.
  • Career development and learning support.
