You will join the Structured Finance team with responsibility for a broad portfolio of Asset-Backed or Collateralised Loan Obligation transactions. You will be responsible for a portfolio of transactions, acting as the Relationship Manager and transaction administrator for the respective clients.

Your key responsibilities

• Functioning as Relationship Manager and transaction administrator for your clients
• Accountable Client Owner for your portfolio, responsible for administration and client reviews
• Liaising with clients, counterparties, and internal departments to ensure efficient transaction processing
• Reviewing transaction documentation with the legal team, ensuring proper processing and settlement
• Calculating and verifying Interest and Principal Waterfalls and producing relevant reports

Your skills and experience

• Experience in Corporate Trust, Cash Management, Custody, or Loan Administration
• Understanding of the financial services industry, debt capital markets, and structured finance; Transaction Banking background preferred
• Strong client relationship skills and excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of Payment processing, Issuing & Paying Agency Operations, and Transaction documentation beneficial
• Foreign language skills (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Russian) advantageous
