Collateral Management Associate - London - £455pd umbrella - 12 months contract

We're working with a leading global bank looking for a Collateral Services Associate to join their London-based team.

This is a client-facing role within Global Markets, supporting collateral and margin activity across OTC derivatives, Repo and Prime Brokerage. You'll work closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations and external clients to ensure margin calls, settlements and disputes are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily Initial & Variation Margin processes and collateral settlements.
• Investigate and resolve margin, valuation and collateral disputes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support OTC derivatives, Repo and Prime Brokerage activity.
• Ensure strong operational controls and risk management.
• Produce MI and contribute to process improvements.

About you:

• 3+ years' experience within Collateral Management in Investment Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives, Equities, FX, Repo or Prime Brokerage.
• Good understanding of ISDA/CSA documentation and margin processes.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with good Excel capability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
