WSP is seeking an Associate, Collaborative Partnering in London to work as a performance coach and trusted advisor. This role involves developing high-performance culture and collaborative behaviours for leaders and teams in complex infrastructure programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Organisation Development or Organisation Psychology and experience in coaching teams to success. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, provide expert advice, and contribute to collaborative strategies.

The position may involve flexible travel across the UK.
