COE Product Owner

*Product Owner - 4 Month + extention contract role - Remote (EU)*

On behalf of one of our partners, RED is now looking for a Product Owner for a new AI initiative. This is a full-time, 4-month contract role, with extension! Contract is due to start ASAP/1 month and is fully remote in Europe.

Role responsibility:
You will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Digital Centre of Excellence initiatives focused on AI, automation, knowledge management, and enterprise digital solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements, define priorities, manage product backlogs, and turn strategic objectives into actionable deliverables. You will be driving Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, supporting solution adoption, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring digital products deliver measurable business outcomes and long-term value.

• Agile product ownership & backlog management
• Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe) and product development life cycle
• Experience writing epics, features, user stories & acceptance criteria
• Strong business analysis & requirements gathering experience
• Strong stakeholder management & workshop facilitation experience
• Process improvement & solution design experience
• Delivery leadership & cross-functional team coordination
• Roadmap planning, prioritisation & value realisation
• Risk, dependency & change management experience
• Strong understanding of AI & Generative AI (LLMs, Copilots & Agentic AI)
• Knowledge of enterprise Search, Knowledge Management & RAG concepts
• Experience with digital transformation & automation initiatives
• Strong understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, low-code, or digital platforms (desirable)
