About the Role

As a Deputy Manager at Turtle Bay, you'll support the General Manager in leading the team, running a smooth operation, and delivering the relaxed, feel good experience that keeps our guests coming back. You're a hands on leader who can step up and take ownership while inspiring and motivating the team every day.

You'll play a key role in driving performance and team engagement, bringing the right energy and focus into service, and always looking for ways to grow both the business and your people. From hosting to managing shifts, training team members and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile - you're there to help make it all happen.

Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in leading the team and running a smooth operation.
  • Act as a hands on leader, step up to take ownership and inspire the team.
  • Drive performance and team engagement, bringing the right energy and focus into service.
  • Host and manage shifts, train team members, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and develop people.
Qualifications
  • Confidence, people first attitude, and passion for hospitality.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and positivity.
  • Clear drive to grow, ability to build trust and keep the team motivated and supported.
  • Experience in hospitality or a similar environment preferred but not required.
