A school in Northampton is seeking a reliable and professional Coach Driver to join their team on an ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified drivers who enjoy structured working hours and want to play an important role in their local school community.

With split shifts across mornings and afternoons, this position offers routine, stability, and a great work-life balance.

• Safely transporting students to and from school and school-related activities

• Carrying out daily vehicle safety and compliance checks

• Ensuring all safeguarding and road safety procedures are followed

• Maintaining a professional, calm, and friendly manner with students and staff

• Reporting any vehicle defects or incidents in line with school procedures

• Collecting and returning the coach/minibus to the school site daily

Morning Shift: 6:30am - 9:00am Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm - 6:00pm Total: 5 hours per day (term-time only)

On-site parking is available for your own vehicle during shifts.

• Valid D1 driving licence

• Valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) card

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

• Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability
