Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7, working 8am - 4pm initially with potential to change to rotational 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm in future

Location: Worksop - S80 3EG

We're now looking for a Co-Pack Planner to take ownership of production planning and resource forecasting, ensuring efficient packing line operations and exceptional customer communication.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Manage short- and long-term co-pack production plans, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
• Plan and forecast resources across all three shifts, including day-to-day activities and four-week outlooks.
• Coordinate packing line requirements, aligning resources with volume demands and tracking performance against KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and supporting the Customer Services & Planning Manager.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience in a similar role within logistics or supply chain environments, ideally with data analysis and/or admin experience.
• Proven stakeholder management experience, working with both internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to manage change processes effectively and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Strong computer literacy - Microsoft Office including Excel. Training will be provided on our Co-Pack Planning System.
