Co-Founder (With Martech / CI background) - Equity Only Role

IndustryLens is an AI-powered competitive intelligence platform for B2B SaaS companies. We automate competitor monitoring across 13+ data sources-websites, social media, ads, reviews-and deliver actionable insights via weekly email digests, monthly reports, battlecard, and insight dashboards

We're building the competitive intelligence tool that marketers, sales teams, and product managers actually use.

Founded in March 2024, we're bootstrapped with a working MVP. The product and tech foundation are solid. Looking for a co-founder with

• Help define go-to-market strategy and positioning
• Bring domain expertise from the martech or competitive intelligence space
• Engage with customers and prospects to validate and refine our approach
• Contribute to product direction based on market knowledge
• Represent IndustryLens with partners, at events, and in the market
• Help build the team as we scale

• You know this space-you've worked in it, sold to it, or built products for it
• You're excited about competitive intelligence as a category
• You want to build something from the ground up
• Experience working in martech, competitive intelligence, or B2B SaaS
• Have held commercial, marketing, or product roles
• Understand how B2B marketing teams work and what they need

• Significant equity stake at co-founder level
• Autonomy to shape your role and the company's direction
• A working product with early customer interest
• A technical co-founder handling product and engineering
• Flexibility-part-time or full-time, remote-friendly within Europe
