One of our Customers at RED is in search of experienced BA/PO in Costing and Automation to lead the quarterly costing planning initiative.

Education and Knowledge Requirements

Main Responsibilities - You will be accountable for E2E IT Delivery of the quarterly costing planning initiative

• Act as the primary IT contact for the Operational Finance team, supporting day-to-day systems and business needs.
• Partner with Corporate Finance to deliver financial insights and optimize business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with global IT standards, tools, and policies.
• Identify finance processes suitable for automation and manage delivery with development teams.
• Support quarterly costing cycles, including SAC Planning and ECC-SAC integrations.
• Manage end-to-end IT delivery for quarterly costing initiatives - including project planning, vendor and budget management, and progress tracking.
• Oversee data analysis, reconciliation, and system stabilization activities.
• Coordinate and hold cross-functional teams accountable (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Master Data, and IT teams).

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong background in Finance/Accounting/Business with experience in SAP ECC Costing
• Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, planning, and consolidation (SAC/BPC)
• Proven project management experience (including Jira)
• Hands-on with automation tools (Power Platform, Power Query, Automation Anywhere)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments
