Job Description

Rubicon People Partnership is seeking a skilled CNC Gear Cutter in Poole to precision cut components to drawing specifications. The role requires setting and operating CNC gear cutting machinery, reading engineering drawings, and performing first off and in process inspections.

You will select tooling, adjust processes for accuracy, and maintain quality records while working to production schedules. With overtime at 1.5x, a generous holiday allowance and pension scheme, this on site position
