The Technology Delivery Associate Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of technology projects and solutions. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure successful outcomes. The Technology Delivery Associate Manager will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality technology solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and the ability to manage complex projects. They should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. They should also be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

The Technology Delivery Associate Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of technology projects and solutions. The Technology Delivery Associate Manager will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality technology solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and the ability to manage complex projects. They should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. They should also be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
Planning:
- Ensures that work priorities and assumptions align with the program objectives
- Minimizes opportunity for mistakes by building review time into plan
- Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates, and reasonable schedule for an activity or project segment
Execution:
- Properly documents and follows through on progress, issues, and agreements
- Organizes and structures productive and efficient team meetings based on meeting objectives and format
Problem Solving:
- Suggests options for resolving issues and improving the quality of work
- Provides solutions to problems for their immediate team, and may provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Risk Management:
- Recognizes own limitations and asks for help when needed
- Proactively mitigates risk by identifying potential pitfalls and creating strategies to avoid them, considering the client's point of view
- Ensures that implications of decisions are thought through and addressed, regardless of who has "official" responsibility
Communication:
- Documents and communicates issues in an organized manner
- Makes difficult ideas and concepts easy to understand
- Communicates potential risks to stakeholders in a clear and constructive manner
- Is clear and direct when providing guidance, responding to questions, and setting expectations
- Uses simple and easy-to-understand frameworks and formats to present information and ideas
- Asks direct questions to seek a greater understanding of underlying assumptions and expectations
- Adapts written and verbal communication style to fit audience needs and communication mediums
Qualification
We are looking for experience in the following areas:
- Must have experience in the Media, Telecoms or Software & Platform industries.
- Experience doing similar work either at or outside of Accenture
- Project management exposure and experience with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
