CMDB & Helix Architecture Lead (Contract)

The role involves overseeing the end-to-end architecture of a new Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensuring its design aligns with operational and governance standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in architecting ITSM platforms, particularly with BMC Helix, along with strong communication skills for engaging across multiple teams. This position allows for a hybrid working model, requiring three days onsite and two days remote.
