Rate of Pay / Hours: OTE Up to £34,000 per annum (including TRONC) plus generous company benefits, training & development / 40 hours per week

About the RoleAre you currently working in a hotel sales role? Do you want to elevate your career and work with two of Birmingham's most exciting hotels? We are seeking an experienced Cluster Sales Executive to lead the sales strategy in the city.
These hotels present a fantastic opportunity for a driven, target-focused sales professional to sell two fabulous properties to the Birmingham market and beyond. You will be part of a proactive sales team focusing on corporate and group bookings, meetings, and events.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the inquiry process efficiently.
- Ensure effective training and communication within the department and across both hotels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and clients.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director of Sales to produce and maintain sales and marketing plans for the cluster.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate effectively.
- Self-starter, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in presenting to senior decision-makers.
- Proven experience in hotel sales, ideally within the Birmingham market.
- Analytical with strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive and seeking a new challenge, understanding that the role may require non-standard working hours.
