Job Description

Our team is looking for a Cloud Scrum Master to manage the delivery of building a cloud platform agnostic of location and product by creating reusable building blocks that can be reused to create consistent and repeatable client solutions that are immutable / declarative delivered by a CI/CD pipeline.

You will be able to enhance your knowledge working in an organization that allows you to connect with others easily to implement change. You will be able to bring your expertise and prior learning to deliver solutions that enhance the client experience and grow the business.

• Effectively collaborate with UK and AU based production support, release managers, product owners and account managers to deliver high quality solutions and products using lean and agile principles.
• Develop detailed project plans for guiding the stakeholders, project teams and revising plans based on changing needs and requirements.
• Work with architecture on solution design and provide estimates of cloud and implementation costs.
• Lead improvement opportunities, optimize operations and measure the value of provided services
• Drive resources toward service excellence.

Desired Skills and Experience

You'll be a success in this role if you can bring:

• Solid experience in delivering end-to-end technology projects, including budget and risk management accountability.
• Relevant experience in leading a cross-functional team to deliver product
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Working knowledge of technology deployment models, in particular Hosting and/or Software-as-a-Service.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups across technology and business areas.
• Proven experience in presenting project scope, updates, progress, milestones, and status directly to clients.
• People leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving successful Agile transformation.
• Solid experience in leading projects from idea to launch across multiple time zones and sites.
• Experience in leading technology/data solutions programs working with SaaS, Cloud Computing.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification (desirable).
