Technical Proxy Product Owner (PPO) - Cloud & Hybrid Connectivity

Location: Luxembourg (100% onsite)

Duration: 6 - 12 Months Rolling Contract

Budget: €600 per day, all inclusive

We are looking for a Technical Proxy Product Owner with strong experience across AWS, enterprise networking, BGP and hybrid cloud connectivity.

This is a highly technical PPO role, acting as the bridge between Product Ownership, Cloud/Network Architecture and engineering teams. You will help translate requirements into technical deliverables, challenge architecture, manage dependencies and ensure solutions are secure, resilient, automated and operationally ready.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong practical AWS infrastructure experience
• Advanced enterprise networking and BGP knowledge
• Experience with hybrid cloud connectivity
• Good understanding of technologies such as Direct Connect, VPN, routing, Firewalls, DNS and network segmentation
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform
• Working knowledge of Git/GitLab and CI/CD
• Understanding of Ansible and NetBox/Source of Truth principles
• Experience working with architects and senior engineers
• Strong technical Product Ownership skills, including backlog management, acceptance criteria and translating business requirements into technical deliverables
• Experience working across complex, multi-team infrastructure environments
• 7+ years' experience across infrastructure, networking, cloud or related technical domains
• 3+ years' practical cloud infrastructure experience

Bonus/Desirable

• Microsoft Azure knowledge, particularly hybrid networking and ExpressRoute
• Cloud interconnection/colocation experience
• Experience in large-scale, regulated or security-sensitive environments
• Relevant AWS, Azure, CCNP/JNCIP, Terraform, GitLab, Ansible or Product Owner certifications

The ideal candidate will come from a strong technical infrastructure/cloud background and have developed solid Product Ownership capability, rather than being a purely functional Product Owner.
