Role:Cloud Lab Developer

Location: Home based with travel to offices when required

About the role:

As a Cloud Labs Developer, you will create new hands-on lab experiences for our wide range of digital and blended tech courses spanning our content portfolios including AI, Cloud, Data, Security, and Software. Your role is a hybrid between a Developer and a Technical Writer, working in partnership with portfolio directors and subject matter experts. You will understand cloud technologies and be passionate about teaching what you have learned to others.

Role Responsibilities:

• Write informative lab content that present complex technical subjects in easy-to-follow instructions that propel learners' skill development and create fulfilling lab experiences in our QA Lab Platform
• Each lab involves building infrastructure as code templates to provision resources when labs start, securing lab environments by defining least privilege identity and access management policies, and developing serverless functions used to check the progress of learners as they progress through the labs
• Aid in triaging incoming lab requests from Subject Matter Experts and Portfolio Directors to ensure feasibility and cost effectiveness
• Share knowledge and learnings with other lab team members and assist with lab maintenance when our lab operations team need a hand

Your Experience:

• At least 2 years' experience in production environments
• Experienced with building on cloud platforms
• Experience with implementing infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates)
• Have experience in three or more of the following areas: AI, Web application security, Network security, Linux security, Windows security
