Cloud Database Platform Lead

Planet Paymet is seeking a Database Lead/Director to own end-to-end database strategy, architecture, and operations across AWS, Azure, and on prem. You will build and mentor the in house DBA pod, drive modernisation, and balance cost with reliability in a PCI DSS scoped environment.

The role emphasizes automation, governance, and cross functional leadership with a strong focus on security, scalability, and incident readiness. Hybrid work model with offices in major hubs.
