Cloud Architect (Azure, Databricks, Kafka) - 4months + - Remote - Start ASAP

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Cloud Architect with experience in Azure, Databricks and Kafka.
Your main task is to support the client in a POC (proof of concept) for the design and implementation of a new cloud architecture based on Azure, Databricks and Kafka.

Tasks:
* Support client in POC for new cloud architecture
* Gather requirements
* Work on Design phase across Azure, Databricks and Kafka
* Help with set up of Cloud Architecture
* Set up guidelines and standards for POC
* Implementation of new architecture
* Set up Network security
* Best practice advise
* Regular communication between business, IT and vendor

Requirements:
* Longterm project experience in Cloud Architecture
* Strong project experience across Azure, Databricks and Kafka
* Strong experience in Cloud Architecture design across Azure, Databricks and Kafka
* Project experience in setting up guidelines and standards
* Proven implementation experience in Azure, Databricks and Kafka
* Must have: Experience with Terraform
* Experience in Network Security
* Project experience in international projects and design of global solutions
* Fluency in English

Project details:
* Start: ASAP (September)
* Duration: 4 months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 5 days per week
* Location: 100% Remote (CET Time zone)
* Languages: Fluency in English
