Job Description:

Level of studies: master level or 5 years of higher education

Client is looking for a senior Cloud Architect to take care of the infrastructure aspects of the DPP IT components. The solution assignment may change over time, according to the portfolio/project/service needs.

The proposed consultant has:

• Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems
• Good knowledge of establishing and managing deployment pipeline and release
• management
• Good knowledge of DevOps container or serverless /orchestration tools
• Good knowledge of conducting DevSecOps in an agile work environment
• Good knowledge of cloud architecture
• Good knowledge of cloud security architecture and security requirements
• Good knowledge of designing and implementing multi-cloud architecture
• Good knowledge of continuous delivery and Application Lifecycle Management
• tools (JIRA, Git, Bamboo, Nexus, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus etc.)
• Good knowledge of the Cloud (Aws, Azure, Google, OVH etc.)
• Rapid self-starting capabilities and experience with team working
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication
• The capability of integrating in an international/multicultural environment
• Excellent team player skills.
• A high degree of discretion and integrity as the applications managed and maintained in DG GROW B3 can contain personal, sensitive or confidential data.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The services must be provided by a consultant having at least the following experience:

• Minimum 15 years' experience on large, enterprise-level multi-user Information
• Systems
• Minimum 15 years' experience in deployment and release management
• Minimum 10 years' experience in DevOps container and/or serverless
• orchestration tools
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Agile methodology
• Minimum 10 years' experience with JIRA
• Minimum 10 years' experience with Git
• Minimum 10 years' experience with Jenkins
• Minimum 10 years' experience with Confluence
• Minimum 5 years' experience in multi-cloud architecture
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Docker
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Kubernetes
• Minimum 5 years' experience with SonarQube
• Minimum 5 years' experience with the monitoring tool Nagios
• Minimum 5 years' experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OVH)
• Minimum 5 years' experience with blockchain based infrastructure

CERTIFICATIONS

Mandatory:

• The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) certification.

The services must be provided by a consultant who holds at least one of the following DevOps

certifications:

• Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP),

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert, or Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer

The services must be provided by a consultant having the knowledge and expertise required

in these specifications and proposed in the participant's replies to the technical

questionnaire. This will need to be proven during the live presentation.
