Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Flexible start/finish: 08:30 - 17:30 or 09:00 - 18:00)

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Clinical Talent Consultant to provide maternity leave cover for the Senior Clinical Business Partner. This role ensures continued support for recruitment and workforce planning across Region 2 and Region 3. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to attract top clinical talent and drive hiring initiatives in a highly competitive healthcare market.

Attracting and recruiting Dentists, Hygienists and Locums. Working closely with Operations and Heads of Regions, Clinical Operating Officer and Practice Leaders to attract and source the very best talent from within the competitive dental market.

Building strong networks and positive working relations with candidates and external providers to help drive operational success. Building, leading and driving recruitment related strategies and initiatives to ensure we welcome the right people with a passion for excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining strong clinical relationships, ensuring candidates receive a professional applicant experience from initial engagement through to onboarding.
  • Driving direct sourcing, across a broad range of channels and methodologies including use of social media.
  • The role will also include screening & shortlisting CV's ensuring that the most suitable candidates are identified followed by conducting a detailed telephone interview, arranging a practice visit and subsequent clinical interview.
  • Working both operationally and strategically with relevant practice leaders and Heads of Regions to understand and meet the hiring needs pro-actively
  • Supporting the Heads of Regions and practice leaders with clinical feedback on a regular basis in order to minimise practice churn, drive engagement and retain our clinicians.
  • Maintaining and updating data on recruitment trackers ensuring accuracy so detailed reports can be compiled.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all forms of communication are delivered in a professional manner.
  • Driving and leading on clinical recruitment events both internal and external.
  • Adhering to the Together Dental Recruitment Process, ensuring candidates have the correct compliance documentation in place.
  • Managing the full clinical recruitment lifecycle, from requisition, to search and selection, through to offer management, and if required issuing contracts and updating Together Dental's HRIS with new starter information for all new starters.
  • Supporting any projects that arise within the relevant skillset.
  • Preparing weekly recruitment updates for Together Dental's investors and internal teams.
  • Supporting with employed practice and support centre colleague recruitment on an ad hoc basis.
