We're now looking for a Clinical Support Lead to

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Clearly explaining assessments and obtaining patient consent
• Documenting health concerns and implementing safety measures
• Gathering and sharing key data accurately
• Managing risks when patients decline transport due to medical reasons
• Identifying and addressing safeguarding concerns for patients and carers
• Collaborating effectively with medical teams, transport staff, and managers
• Conducting patient assessments via phone or face-to-face
• Assisting staff in understanding patient needs and eligibility criteria
• Organizing follow-up assessments, including for patients in Renal services

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Current and unrestricted NMC registration as RN1 (Adult) (Essential)
• Educated to Diploma or Degree level (Essential)
• Full, current driving licence (Essential)
• Experience in PIP Assessments (Desirable)
• Specialist Practice Qualification (Desirable)
• Master's Degree (Desirable)
• Manchester Triage Certification (Desirable)
