Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson Orthopaedics MedTech is currently seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our Joints Team covering the London - North London, East & West Herts region.

J&J Orthopaedics offers an unparalleled breadth and depth of products, services, and programs in joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, sports medicine, neurological, craniomaxillofacial, power tools, and biomaterials.
Clinical Specialists are responsible for maintaining an existing customer base and developing sales in strategic accounts across UK sales territories. You will support territory managers by servicing customers and accounts.
What you will be doing:
- Completing business reporting and administration timely
- Adhering to Johnson & Johnson HCC Standards and Business Conduct
- Providing in theatre support to consultants and nursing staff regarding product use
- Providing accurate product information and surgical techniques
- Offering first-class service, including training, stock checks, and timely deliveries
- Supporting customer education meetings and training sessions
- Developing business opportunities and assisting in their conversion
- Supporting Medical Education Events
- Achieving Business goals aligned with CREDO Values
- Promoting product use to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Theatre Staff
- Growing the business as per individual plans and Key Opinion Leader targets
- Building relationships with Clinical stakeholders
- Developing a portfolio of Key Opinion Leaders
- Supporting surgical cases as needed
What you will bring:
- Experience in orthopaedics, sports medicine, or theatre environment knowledge
- Relevant health sciences or clinical qualifications (e.g., ODP, RGN, Physiotherapy)
- Knowledge of NHS and recent changes, with commercial acumen
- A science, sports science, business, or technology degree is a plus
