Clinical Quality & Governance Administrator

Spire Hartswood Hospital in Brentwood is seeking a Quality and Governance Administrator (Band 2 equivalent) to join the Clinical Governance team on a full-time basis. You will support administration for governance, quality and consultant compliance, helping maintain audit programs and policy databases.

The role requires proficiency with Word and Excel, a healthcare setting background preferred, and the ability to work with autonomy within competency scope. Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm.
