Clinical Psychologist - Neurorehabilitation Service - Location: Leeds, UK. Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week). Salary: £47,810 - £54,710 per annum (depending on experience).
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our forward-thinking neurorehabilitation service in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the lives of adults with acquired brain injuries, working within a dedicated and supportive multidisciplinary team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a cutting-edge neurobehavioral model that fosters recovery and independence.
Responsibilities- Deliver specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments to adults with acquired brain injury.
- Serve as a keyworker or clinical lead, coordinating care plans in collaboration with your supervisor.
- Design and implement psychological or neuropsychological interventions based on best-practice evidence.
- Support service users in setting personal goals and translating them into SMART objectives with the team.
- Provide therapeutic and rehabilitation interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Offer expert psychological input and guidance in the planning and delivery of multidisciplinary interventions.
- Undertake risk assessments and help manage complex cases.
- Maintain comprehensive and consistent clinical records in line with internal and national standards.
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, carers, and professionals.
- Provide specialist psychological advice to those involved in a service user's care.
- Contribute to service audits, quality improvement projects, and research initiatives.
- Competitive salary ranging from £47,810 to £54,710 per annum, dependent on experience.

- You hold a degree in Psychology eligible for BPS Graduate Basis Registration or equivalent.
- You have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology accredited by the BPS (or equivalent) and meet HCPC registration requirements.
- You are HCPC-registered and up to date with relevant legislation.
- You have experience writing clinical reports and a demonstrated commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- You're a clear communicator with strong analytical skills and resilience to manage challenging situations.
- You thrive in collaborative settings and can remain flexible and responsive to service user needs.
