Undertake acute and non-urgent clinical consultations, both face-to-face and via telephone.

Carry out same-day acute triage using the clinical system during contracted hours 08:00 to 18:30 . Process Electronic Prescription Service EPS requests accurately and efficiently.

Review and action Docman tasks, including hospital letters and other clinical correspondence.

Review pathology and blood test results, taking appropriate clinical action.

Conduct structured medication reviews:

• Face-to-face- Via telephone- For housebound patients- For patients in nursing and residential care homes Regularly review prescribing data to ensure clinical appropriateness and cost-effectiveness.

Prescribe in accordance withGMMMG and local prescribing guidelines.

Support clinical audits related to prescribing and medicines management.

Plan and deliver seasonal flu vaccination clinics.
