Clinical Pharmacist

As part of our expandingPharmacy Team, you will play a vital role in supporting both patients and practices. The Pharmacy Team is embedded within our broaderAdditional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) workforce, which includes a diverse range of professionals working together to enhance patient outcomes. This multidisciplinary approach ensures that our practices are well-supported and that our communities benefit from coordinated, accessible, and compassionate healthcare.

Main duties of the job

To provide excellent patient care, to improve resilience withinour member practices, and to support practice teams with expert clinicalknowledge of medications. This will be achieved by face-to-face and telephoneappointments, project work around differing long-term conditions as well as CVDprevention, and building positive relationships with key stakeholders.
