What you will do

• Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and clinical services to patients across various hospital departments
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to optimise medication management and improve patient outcomes
• Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on the safe and effective use of medicines
• Ensure compliance with legal frameworks and best practice guidelines set by the GPHC and HCPC
• Provide education and support to patients and healthcare staff on pharmaceutical matters
• Participate in audit and service improvement activities to enhance pharmacy services

To qualify for this position, you should be registered with the GPHC and ideally hold 2 years of previous hospital experience. While being a car driver is preferred due to the multi site nature of this role, it is not essential.
