Building on our teams' existing capacity for safe delivery of psychologically informed care the post holders will enjoy working a team that includes an 8b Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Associates in Psychology under the guidance of a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. Approaches used include CBT, EMDR, ACT, and DBT and training in these or other relevant areas will be encouraged and supported; we are committed to investing in our colleagues and will support your development.

The post offers opportunities to develop leadership skills, as well as to become involved in the transformation of services and development of neighbourhood hubs. We have strong structures in place for clinical supervision and encourage collaboration with other psychologists in the Trust. Depending on experience, we are able to appoint to 8a or band 7 preceptorship up to 8a
