Clinical Operations Leader (Associate Director) - Hybrid

Who We're Looking to Connect With- Experienced leaders within Clinical Operations/Site Management & Monitoring environments
- Strong people managers with proven ability to develop, coach, and lead high performing teams
- Professionals skilled in overseeing study delivery, resource planning, and operational excellence
- Individuals with strong stakeholder collaboration skills across local leadership and cross functional teams
- A person available to work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week, from Luton office
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Development Operations (e.g., CRA, Sr CRA, or leadership roles)
- Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and monitoring activities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
