Clinical Oncology Pharmacist - Infusion & Care Expert

VillageMD is hiring an Oncology Pharmacist in the Infusion Pharmacy to provide oncology pharmaceutical care using approved protocols in collaboration with other health professionals. Independent thinking and decision-making are required.

The role includes supervision of the preparation of commercial IV admixtures, review of treatment orders, ensuring quality and accurate labeling, and effective communication with the care team. Compliance with USP-797 and USP-800 is essential.
