Job Description

The Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate will:

  Manage a caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims for NHS Trusts.
• 
  
  Provide expert advice and representation in complex cases.
• 
  
  Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

  Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

The Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate should be:

• 
  
  A solicitor with 1+ years PQE in clinical negligence or equivalent experience.
• 
  
  Proficient in managing defendant clinical negligence claims.
• 
  
  Experienced in providing legal advice to healthcare clients.
• 
  
  Knowledgeable about relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
• 
  
  Skilled in case management and legal research.
