This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, forward-thinking environment known for delivering exceptional results for clients.The RoleYou will join a busy and expanding department, working closely with senior partners on a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters. As an NQ+, you will assist on mixed multi-track cases, including complex and high-value claims, while also developing responsibility for your own files as appropriate.Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting senior partners on complex, multi-track clinical negligence cases
• Managing your own caseload of lower-value matters under supervision
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, and counsel
• Reviewing medical records and preparing detailed case summaries
• Supporting the progression of high-value litigation

About You

• Newly Qualified Solicitor +
• Experience in clinical negligence (seat experience or post-qualification) is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent client care and communication abilities
• A genuine interest in claimant clinical negligence work
