As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:

• Independently handle a varied caseload of complex, high-value Clinical Negligence claims.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and technical expertise.
• Prepare cases for trail and conduct negotiations.
• Ensure cases are managed in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Achieve financial and case progression targets.

Who are they looking for?:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive from NQ level upwards, in Clinical Negligence.
• Extensive experience in handling high-value and complex claims.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with a diverse range of clients.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to lead and develop junior team members while managing a busy caseload.
