We are currently instructed on an exceptional opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join one of the most highly regarded and market-leading claimant teams in the Southeast. Recognised consistently in top-tier rankings by both The Legal 500 and Chambers, this team is known for its technical excellence, collaborative culture, and its work on some of the most complex and high-value cases nationally.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters - typically at high-values - while playing a key supporting role on catastrophic injury claims, including cerebral palsy, cauda equina syndrome, and birth trauma cases. You will work closely with a highly experienced group of partners and senior lawyers, with access to market-leading resources, expert support, and ongoing development career opportunities.

This is a strategic hire, integral to the long-term growth and success of the team and offers genuine progression for ambitious senior solicitors seeking to build their standing and tackle some of the finest and most rewarding work within the sector
