You'll join a thriving specialist team handling high-value claims, including catastrophic injury cases involving brain injuries, birth injuries and amputations.

The role would suit an ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor who enjoys managing challenging litigation, wants exposure to exceptional quality work, and has aspirations to progress into senior leadership in the future.

Who we're looking for
  • Clinical Negligence Solicitor with experience handling higher-value claims
  • Strong track record managing a mixed clinical negligence caseload, including issued matters
  • Excellent CPR and litigation skills
  • Ability to manage complex claims independently
  • Strong billing history and ability to achieve KPIs
  • Experience of catastrophic injury work (Desired)
  • Law Society or AvMA accreditation (Desired)
  • Experience writing articles, blogs or supporting marketing initiatives (Desired)
What you'll be doing
  • Managing a caseload of complex clinical negligence claims from inception through to resolution
  • Handling both pre-issue and litigated matters
  • Managing catastrophic injury cases including brain injury, birth injury and amputation claims
  • Delivering outstanding client care to seriously injured claimants and their families
  • Working closely with support staff, including a dedicated secretary and assistant
  • Supporting business development, networking and marketing initiatives
