Carson McDowell LLP invites applications for all levels of Healthcare Claims Solicitors to join our expanding Healthcare Team in England. This permanent role offers hybrid/remote working with periodic office attendance and exposure to high-profile clinical negligence work.
You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to resolution, advise on liability and quantum, draft reports and pleadings, and coordinate with experts and Counsel, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business
