Clinical Lab Customer Support & Admin Specialist

Source BioScience, comprising Source LDPath and Source Genomics, is seeking an organised administrator for the Clinical Laboratory in Cambridge. You will manage customer-facing administrative tasks, liaise between customers, logistics and laboratory teams, and support sales processing to keep requests within stated timeframes.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy with MS Office, and an understanding of the UK healthcare system.
