Clinical Health Lead: Complex Care MDT Leader

Aspirations Care is seeking a Clinical Health Lead - Complex Services to provide clinical leadership across regional communities in a hybrid role. You'll guide managers and teams to ensure safe, holistic care for adults with complex health needs, coordinating with nursing colleagues and multi disciplinary teams.

The role requires professional registration (RGN/RNLD/RMN), a driving license and willingness to travel across Cheshire, Liverpool, Stoke, Stafford, Birmingham, Tamworth and Worcester.
