Location: Slough Hybrid (Home-based & Office-based)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: £50,000 - £51,000 Salary Progression & Benefits

As a Clinical Assessor, you will support individuals applying for Personal Independence Payments (PIP) or Work Capability Assessments (WCA) on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). PIP roles are available on a part-time basis.

Your Role
  • Conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments
  • Evaluate how health conditions impact daily living
  • Produce detailed, evidence-based clinical reports
  • Work in a hybrid environment (home and office-based)
Essential Criteria
  • Registered healthcare professional (NMC or HCPC)
  • Minimum 1 year post-registration clinical experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident IT and typing ability
  • Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload
  • Experience working with complex health conditions
