Clinical Assessor - Mon-Fri, Hybrid (Great Yarmouth)

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a Functional Assessor in Great Yarmouth to conduct structured assessments by telephone, video or in person. You will assess how conditions affect daily living, review clinical evidence and produce detailed reports, applying professional judgement within regulatory standards.

The role offers a Monday-Friday pattern with hybrid working, and requires you to be within a 90-minute commute of Great Yarmouth.
