Client Support Adviser

Location:Preston - 3 Days Working From Home

Job Type:Permanent

Salary:£30,000 per annum + Benefits

We're on the hunt for a Client SupportAdviser to join a dynamic, supportive team within a well-established and growing health & wellbeing advisory firm.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in supporting advisers and managing a portfolio of Corporate & Individual Private Medical Insurance (PMI) clients.

Your day will include:

Administering PMI policies from start to finish

Managing renewals & completing detailed market review analyses

Preparing reports for advisers with clear findings and recommendations

Assisting with new business quotations

Handling day-to-day policy amendments (new members, leavers, dependants, address changes etc.)

Liaising with insurers to request and verify membership documents

Maintaining accurate records on the bespoke ArchAngel database

Responding to client queries professionally and promptly

Supporting compliance with FCA, Data Protection & AML regulations

You'll be the organised, detail-focused backbone that keeps everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

Essential: Strong Private Medical Insurance knowledge

Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

Experience working with databases/CRM systems

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Professional telephone manner

Strong attention to detail & time management

Bonus points if you have knowledge of other Health & Wellbeing products
