What You'll Do
As a Client Success Manager, you will drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth by helping businesses maximize their investment in Emarsys. You will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring our technology delivers measurable business results.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and promote adoption of Emarsys solutions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline client operations through automation and integration.
- Drive client engagement, monitor platform usage, and proactively reduce churn.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, securing contract renewals.
- Regularly track and report on account performance using Salesforce.
What You Bring
- Fluent Language skills in English and French.
- Experience in client success, account management, or SaaS sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze client data and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and large audiences.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts.
