Client-Side Senior Property Management Surveyor (Contract)

Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Property Management Surveyor to join a leading commercial property company on a client-side contract. The initial 3-month role pays £400-£500 per day and involves ownership of a varied portfolio across retail, industrial and mixed use assets.

You will drive income, manage leases and service charges, support onboarding of new assets and mentor junior surveyors, with MRICS preferred and strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
