Job Description

Client Services Officer - API Tech Support for Leading Fintech | On-site in Luxembourg (6-Month Contract)

We're looking for a Client Services Officer to join a high-impact team supporting top-tier financial institutions - fully on-site in Luxembourg (5 days a week) on an initial 6-month contract, with potential to go permanent.

This role, you'll be the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving service issues, and translating complex API and connectivity requirements into clear solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting clients with technical issues related to APIs (including interpreting logs and Java stack traces)
  • Acting as the bridge between clients and internal tech teams
  • Explaining technical concepts clearly to both business users and engineers
  • Managing client training, service reporting, and incident resolution
  • Navigating regulatory topics with a curious and proactive mindset

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in API technical support
  • Strong client-facing communication skills - confident, diplomatic, and clear
  • A genuine interest in compliance and regulatory matters
  • Organised and resilient - able to juggle multiple client queries and technical topics

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Python or Scripting to automate tasks or support internal tools
  • Comfort with regulatory reading or structured documentation
