Client Services Manager Huddersfield Hybrid Working
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Client Services Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients within a fast-growing organisation.
This is a client-facing role focused on delivering exceptional service, driving account performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and additional revenue. You'll act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
Working cross-functionally with marketing, technical, data, and operations teams, you'll play a key role in both client retention and business growth.
Location: Huddersfield (Hybrid, full-time)
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop key client relationships
- Oversee onboarding, delivery, and account performance
- Lead client meetings and present insights
- Identify growth and revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client needs
- Analyse data and report on performance
- Ensure contractual obligations are met
- Support new business initiatives and attend industry events
- Experience in client services or account management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware and proactive mindset
