Client Services Intern - Asset Management

Location: London - Hybrid (2-3 days per week)

We're currently recruiting for a Client Services Intern to join the Distribution team of a leading global asset management organisation in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or student looking to build a career in financial services, asset management, client servicing or relationship management.

The Role

You'll work alongside experienced Client Service professionals, Business Developers and investment teams, supporting institutional clients across the UK and gaining exposure to an international distribution environment.

You'll be involved in meaningful work across client servicing, relationship management, operations and change projects, giving you a broad understanding of the asset management client life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day servicing and administration of institutional clients
• Work alongside client-facing and business development teams
• Understand client requirements and coordinate solutions across internal teams
• Help deliver a responsive, accurate and high-quality client experience
• Liaise with transfer agents, custodians and other service providers
• Support projects and change initiatives across Legal, Operations, Investment and Compliance
• Assist with reporting, data and client-related activities

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Genuine interest in financial services and asset management
• Strong interest in client-facing roles, client servicing and relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Confident working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Power BI and experience working with datasets would be advantageous
• Fluent written and spoken English
