Our client, a leading strategic communications agency, is seeking a Client Services Director to lead Tier 1 client relationships, drive account growth, and mentor a high-performing Client Services team. This is a senior leadership role that blends commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and people development-with a strong emphasis on experience in employee engagement or internal communications (IC).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the senior point of contact for Tier 1 clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Shape and deliver account growth strategies, annual plans, and long-term roadmaps.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Embed consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client tiers.
• Coach and mentor client-facing team members to build capability and confidence.
• Collaborate across strategy, creative, and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
• Apply expertise in employee engagement, change communications, or culture transformation to enhance client outcomes.
