The company seeks a consultative and commercially minded research professional with strong quantitative expertise to join their team. They utilize a combination of custom-built technology and expert insight to help clients better understand their customers' behaviors, feelings, and thoughts. With over 20 years of experience running customer experience programs for major clients, they also work in new product development, shopper understanding, and manage insight communities. Their roadmap includes developing innovative qualitative and quantitative tools to enhance client connections and decision-making.

The role involves leading the Client Advisory Team as a senior director, directly influencing the business and client service vision. This high-visibility position requires building strategic partnerships and acting as a commercial ambassador for the group.
